Leadership - 6 Weeks Online - Managing People & Performances

This is an online course where you will have unrestricted access for a period of three weeks to a comprehensive collection of video presentations and downloadable slides .  You will also have email support with our trainer, Lisa Johnston, where you are able to email her any questions or concerns you have throughout the 6 weeks.   

This is perfect for anyone that doesn't have time to come in and do our full day workshop or who does not live in Blenheim, or prefers self study.

We will teach you the leadership and management skills you really need to have in business! Our aim is to arm you with great Leadership skills, where you have the right communication, can effectively manage your staff's performance, have a great workplace culture, deal with performance issues….plus more.
