This 4-hour hands-on workshop is ideal for anyone already using Teams or anyone wanting to learn the capabilities to see how Teams could benefit their business!

As this is a hands-on workshop, you will need to bring your own device (with MS Teams).  If you are unable to bring your own device, please let us know prior to the workshop and we will arrange one for you.

YOU WILL LEARN:

• A whole new way of communicating with those in and out of your organisation
• Different ways to access teams
• The fundamentals of Teams and navigation
• Managing your profile, status and settings
• How to save and access content
• How to access and understand the Teams workspaces
• How to create a new team , channels, tabs and apps
• How to utilise activity, chat and calendar applications
• How to create a meeting or webinar
• Joining and hosting meetings & webinars, including breakout rooms
• How to access Office365 documents, downloads, Teams documents and different cloud storage from within Teams
• How to search for content in Teams and shortcuts

DURATION: 4 hrs - includes refreshments and PDF shortcuts.

(please note: we do not cater to specific dietary requirements, therefore, if you have a dietary requirement you will need to arrange your own morning tea refreshments).

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

(a) Cancellations 10 days or more prior to the Workshop will attract a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 10 days prior to the Workshop will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 2 days prior to the Workshop are non-refundable.

(b) We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a Workshop (e.g. due to insufficient registrations) in which case we will offer you an alternative workshop date or a full refund of all registration fees.
